Larry R. Tullius
 |
Larry R. Tullius founded Tullius Partners in 1981, and brings over
40 years of financial advisory and merger & acquisition experience
to the firm. Mr. Tullius began his career with U.S. Bank of Oregon
in 1968, and after eight years with the bank, began to pursue various
business opportunities as a principal. During the late 1970’s
and 1980’s, Mr. Tullius purchased and sold several service,
manufacturing and distribution companies in the Pacific Northwest.
As part of Tullius Partners, Mr. Tullius specializes in private placement
capitalizations, exit strategy planning, transaction pricing, structure
and allocation, due diligence, and transition and integration. He
received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1968 from the College of
Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho.

Lance R. Tullius

Lance R. Tullius has over 17 years of financial advisory and merger
& acquisition experience, having started with the firm in 1991.
During his professional career, Tullius has authored numerous articles
for global industry trade publications on such topics as strategic
planning, transaction integration and preparing for the sale of a
business. He has specific expertise in such areas as industry research,
business valuation, and negotiating and structuring both capitalization
and merger & acquisition transactions. He received his Bachelor
of Science degree in 1993 from California Polytechnic State University
