Groupe Services France (GSF), with North American headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana, has acquired Corporate Building Systems, Inc. (CBS), Buffalo Grove, Illinois. As part of the acquisition, GSF also acquired Maintenance Engineering, Inc., an affiliate company to CBS. CBS was founded over 25 years ago and provides commercial building maintenance services throughout the Chicago metro area.  The acquisition of CBS is consistent with GSF’s growth and expansion objectives and provides the multi-national company a further foothold in the Midwestern United States.

With Northwest roots dating back to 1946, Dependable was owned at the time of sale by its CEO Ralph Davis and was the largest independently owned building service company in the Pacific Northwest.
